- Personal & Commercial Use: You are 100% free to copy our prompts and use them to generate images for your personal artwork, client projects, or commercial ventures.
- The "No Scraping" Rule: You may NOT use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to bulk-download our prompt database. You cannot clone our website or republish our curated collections on a competing platform.
- Unpredictable Outcomes: AI models are constantly evolving. Photo Prompt does not guarantee that using our prompts will generate the exact same image featured on our website. You are responsible for any modifications you make to the prompts.
2. Third-Party AI Platforms
Our website acts as a directory and educational resource. When you copy a prompt from Photo Prompt and paste it into an external AI generator (like Google Gemini or Midjourney), you are bound by their respective Terms of Service and Content Policies.
Photo Prompt is not liable if a prompt violates a third-party platform's guidelines resulting in warnings, account suspensions, or bans on those external services.
